1. Agreement

By using NudgeCompliant, you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

2. The service

NudgeCompliant helps you understand and handle EU AI Act obligations. It classifies your AI tools, generates documents, and tracks deadlines. It's informational — not legal advice.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans include a 7-day free trial unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable
• Refunds are handled case by case — contact us if something's gone wrong

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your AI tools and use cases
• Review generated documents before publishing or sharing
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the service lawfully and don't attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse it

5. Limitation of liability

NudgeCompliant is provided “as is”. We can't guarantee regulatory outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

6. Termination

Cancel any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On cancellation, you can export your data for 30 days.

7. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
